Happy 6 Months!

Today our sweet Samuel is 6 months old! I cannot believe how fast time has gone. Here are some highlights of what is going on in Sam's life now:

He is a rolling machine. When he sets his sights on anything there are no barriers that can keep him from it. He was even reaching for something that he saw on a chair the other day.

He has been crying around strangers. He won't cry forever, just at the beginning of a new situation. He has been crying for mostly men (except for our friend Tyler. He thinks he is the coolest.)

He is in Size 3 diapers. I won't have his measurements until tomorrow after his doctor's appointment. He is starting to get too heavy to carry around in his car seat. I think that we may be graduating to the grocery cart seat at the store soon.

He is eating all kinds of fruits and veggies. His favorites are bananas, oatmeal, and squash (but not the butternut squash that I made...that one makes him gag)

He is a professional sitter. No falling, no wobbling. He is working those abs. The only place that he will not sit is in the bath tub. He gets too excited about being in the water and he starts shaking and kicking. I cannot wait until I can bath both kids together. That will be such a relief.

Samuel still loves to grab people's faces. He is like a blind person who uses his hands to see. He especially loves Grandma's face. It's been covered in drool more times than I would like to think about.

He laughs at Lucas all of the time. To Samuel there is no one funnier than his big brother. Its so sweet to see them interact.
