We are still here!

We are still here...just a little busy.  We have been setting up the nursery (pictures to come), going through baby clothes, hanging out with grandparents and friends, and putting diapers on our heads.

Brian has been working 8-5 because of a wrist injury from work.  I think that the boys are enjoying seeing him every day.  I have been trying to take it easy.  Our littlest baby seems to be settling in on a nerve that is making it hard to move my left leg.  Fun!

Coming Soon:  Look out for our official baby name post!

Noah is Here!

My first nephew Noah Matthew has arrived!

All of the family drove from Oklahoma to Kansas to meet him.

Excited and anxious Aunties: Meghan, Lindsey, Ashley and Melissa

Grandma and Pawpaw waiting to Noah's arrival.

Noah's cousins were excited too.  They waited so patiently in the small waiting room, but Noah decided to take a little longer than we thought.  The Lorax and vending machines saved the afternoon.

Lucas is in love with Noah already.  He was so excited to meet him.  He was gentle and  quiet when we walked into the room to see him.

Here he is! He is so precious!  I cannot wait to get my hands on him again so that I can squeeze him!  Congratulations to Emily and Brett.  Baby Noah is perfect!

Grandparents Day!

Mamaw stopped by school last week for Grandparent's Day!  Lucas was so excited to see her.  He ran and gave her a big hug when she walked in.

Lucas made a magnet with his picture on it.  The picture in the frame is hilarious.  It's definitely one of his more strange expressions.

All of the kids got a Popsicle and the grandparents got a Klondike bar.  Lucas claimed both as his own and was on a sugar high for the rest of the day!  He was pretty proud of that : )

Thanks for being an awesome grandparent Mamaw!  Lucas was so happy that you made it!

We can't forget the other awesome Grandparents in our lives!  Thank you all so much for all that you do for our kids.  We couldn't ask for four more loving, caring, and giving grandparents.  You all are the best!
